Project financing
Financing available on qualifying projects.
Larger roofing, restoration, and remodeling projects sometimes need help spreading the cost. We can connect qualified homeowners with third-party financing options — usually discussed during the estimate.
How it works.
Financing is not something we push, but it is available. If you'd like to explore it, mention financing during your inspection or estimate. We'll walk through what options might fit the project scope and timeline.
Who provides it.
Financing is arranged through third-party lenders — McMullen Browne is not a lender, and we do not review or approve applications. Approval, terms, rates, and repayment obligations are set entirely by the lender.
What we will not do.
- Push financing on a project that does not need it.
- Roll unnecessary work into the scope to justify a larger loan.
- Collect or store financial account details, credit information, or lender application data on this website.
When to bring it up.
Best time is during the inspection or estimate — that's when we know the scope well enough to have a useful conversation. Not sure yet if you'll need it? Request an estimate first and mention financing as a possible interest.
Ready to talk?
Request a property inspection or service estimate — we'll discuss financing if it fits the project.
